Great Lift Great Customer Service

Night was falling as I finished the Lift build. Owners video was spot on. As I will be using on a BroncoRaptor I tried to just do a quick size up to remove top this week. Realizing Braptor has extra rollbar in the back half. There is no easy way to get the lift between. First thing this morning I call customer service/ tech support and the refer me to owner. I call him and within 30 seconds I have a solution. take the rubber feet off and set level. First class operation and super nice owner. I take his attitude to my job today.

It works great but, the crank is on the wrong side. It hits the window before it grts low enough to lift easily.

Very easy to put together. Took about 2 hours as the directions were extremely clear and easy to follow. Works fantastic. Highly, highly recommend this product.

Amazing Product and Quality!

Well designed and engineered! Very high quality all around. I utilized the online video with the downloaded pdf manual which made assembly very straight forward. Again, the quality of materials particularly the hardware and steel tubing is exceptional which also aided in ease of assembly since nothing had to be massaged together. I could not recommend enough!!!

Works well, and lets one person quickly remove a Jeep top

All the parts are heavy duty, well built, and solid, down to the casters. The assembly is easy enough but it isn't quick, in part because there are multiple bolts (giving it that solid feel) but in part because the manual and the video on assembly don't perfectly match the equipment itself. But it's easy enough to figure out anyway. Once you have it built, this lift works exceptionally well. It has a sturdy and heavy feel, and is very stable. The winch and gearing to raise/lower the lift is quite strong; in fact, I had to call in to get help adjusting it as it was TOO firm at first. I'm very happy with this lift, it lets me take my Jeep's top on and off by myself in less than five minutes, exactly as advertised. I recommend it!
