Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we are proud to offer free shipping on our products within the United States. 

Shipping Rates and Out of Stock Items:

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight, shipping method, and the shipping location of your order.  EZ4x4 makes every effort to ensure that all products are always in stock, but during peak sales periods item availability may vary. 

About Standard Delivery:

Our Standard Domestic Delivery carriers are FedEx and USPS.  All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Any orders, including expedited, placed after 2pm EST, on holidays and/or weekends will be processed the next business day. Orders placed during peak shipping season of Oct-Dec may require longer shipping times.  Standard Domestic Delivery orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days for in stock items.  Please provide a complete, valid address for delivery. Indicate if the address is RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL.

If the address provided upon checkout matches the address we shipped to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier should any problems arise. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 Tip: If you’re not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the carrier and asking them to hold your package at a local office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen. If an item is returned to EZ 4X4 due to an incomplete/incorrect address, a refund less the shipping cost will be issued upon return of the package. employs a live rate shipping calculator from FedEx and USPS when free shipping is not used.  The actual weight of your ordered products, zip code, handling, and the shipping method are used to calculate the shipping cost.

Rush service and premium shipping are available for delivery on Business Days (Monday through Friday).  Non-standard shipping services will be quoted based on order size, shipping weight, level of service required, and carrier selected.  

Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
No, unfortunately due to the size and nature of our EZ4x4 line of products we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or the like.


EZ 4X4 is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products as long as the transaction meets these certain basic conditions:

* Item must have been purchased from EZ4x4, either on site or at a local event. Items purchased from non-authorized dealers, including but not limited to auction sites (eBay, Facebook, etc.) and/or secondhand dealers ( Amazon “Used” and/or “Special Buy”, Craigslist, OfferUp, Letgo, etc.), and/or sold under the category of “Used” are void of any claims for return and/or missing/replacement parts or warranty.  

* Item must be unused and in original packaging and received back in salable condition.

* Return must be postage paid by purchaser.

* All return requests must be made within 30 days of product receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided with return. 

* Specially discounted or SALE items may not be returned.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your qualified return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the payment method used, less shipping charges. Please allow 10 days for processing.
